Enter “WANDER” and the New Single “Diga”
With a visionary sound that transcends traditional boundaries, “WANDER” invites listeners on an immersive experience of deep, hypnotic beats and etheric vocal featured by COULSON. Being your journey … Forever Upward!
D’AL SENIO delivers “Diga” on Sunset Gathering, dropping October 3rd.
This Afro tech and tribal house fusion combines driving rhythms with stunning female vocals that elevate the entire production.
The track blends the best of both worlds – the raw energy of Afro tech with the hypnotic elements of tribal house, creating something that’s built specifically for peak dancefloor moments. The vocal performance adds an emotional layer that sets “Diga” apart from typical club cuts.
HVMZA delivers a hypnotic rework that transforms the original into a new realm, offering DJs a fresh weapon for their sets.
The Story Behind “Diga”
Your new track is out now on Sunset Gathering. Can you share the story or inspiration behind this track? How did the remix come up?
My inspiration usually comes from Afro-based rhythms and world music melodies. For this track, I wanted to explore the fusion of African vocals with a driving Afro-tech rhythm, creating something that feels both grounded in tradition and forward-looking. Around the same time, I had been discussing a collaboration with Hvmza, and when I shared the idea for Diga, he brought in his own interpretation, which opened the track up in a whole new way.
Looking Ahead
Looking ahead, what are your goals or plans for this year as an artist/DJ?
My main goal this year is to keep developing my sound and taking it into new sonic directions, while sharing my hybrid set worldwide with new audiences and building deeper connections.
Career Highlights and Future Shows
Do you have any exciting projects, shows, or collaborations on the horizon, or recent career highlights you’re especially proud of?
Recently I’ve had the chance to play at Untold Festival in Romania, Super Paradise in Mykonos, and I’m excited to be heading to Untold Festival Dubai next month. Another special moment for me was performing at a fashion show at St. Petersburg, inside the Peterhof Palace. It was a very special moment for me, as I was the first DJ ever invited to perform in this historic venue and inspired me to shape my performance with a fresh artistic vision.
Evolving as an Artist
How do you feel your sound or style has evolved over time?
I began shaping my sound at a young age as an organic musician, playing guitar, saxophone and flute. Traveling and studying different styles of music helped me dive deeper into the roots of the sounds I was drawn to. After experimenting with various projects, my focus now is on Afro House and Afro-Tech, where I layer my flute over electronic rhythms to create something both rhythmic and melodic, while keeping the organic element at the heart of my sound.
The Most Rewarding Moments
What’s been the most rewarding part of your journey as an artist/DJ so far?
The most rewarding part for me is the energy of the crowd and that feeling of oneness when everyone is moving together under the same rhythm. I also deeply value the incredible people I’ve met along the way, who have inspired me and helped me grow, not only as an artist but also in the way I think and see the world.
Dream Collaborations and Venues
Do you have a dream collaboration or venue you’d love to play one day?
One of my dreams is to collaborate with Burning Spear, who has been a great influence on me and remains one of the legendary Jamaican singers still carrying the roots alive. His music has always inspired me with its deep spirit. When it comes to performing, the most inspiring settings for me are natural landscapes, deserts, jungles, anywhere that feels close to pure nature. Playing music in those environments creates a unique connection that is incomparable to anything else.
Words of Wisdom
Before we wrap up, do you have any advice for aspiring DJ/Producers?
