Marking a standout year for the revered UK imprint Love To Be Recordings, the label continues to assert its influence on the house music scene with the forthcoming release ‘Lost In The Music’ from rising 15-year-old artist Max Winfield. Since its founding in 1994, Love To Be has cultivated a loyal international audience, championing all facets of house music through its record label, global events, and radio show. This brand-new single underscores the label’s role as key curators for the scene, breaking barriers across generations and connecting electronic dance music with audiences worldwide.

‘Lost In The Music’ showcases Max Winfield’s talent to an engaged international audience. The retro piano house track with a funky bassline and catchy vocals is set for release on Love To Be Recordings on November 21st, 2025. The track was first featured on an ADE sampler in a dub version and showcased alongside label heads Marc and Tony in Amsterdam, where Max performed alongside a selection of recognised names. It has already received early praise from Divine (NL), Mistajam, and others, with prior plays at Ocean Beach and Hï Ibiza. Energetic, melodic, and piano-led, the track demonstrates Max’s signature style and marks an exciting addition to the historic Love To Be catalogue.

The label’s roster and events have featured legends including Todd Terry, Masters at Work, Frankie Knuckles, Sasha, Roger Sanchez, Sam Divine, Armand Van Helden, Low Steppa, and David Penn, establishing Love To Be as a clubbing superbrand synonymous with quality house music worldwide. The label also runs the globally networked radio show “The Global Connection”, featuring co-hosts Trimtone and artists including David Morales, ATFC, David Penn, and The Cube Guys.

Max Winfield, 15, is based in the Cotswolds near Tetbury and Cirencester and represents the next generation of UK house music talent. At just 14, Max signed his release to Love To Be Recordings, joining a roster known for nurturing some of the most respected names in house music. A self-taught musician, songwriter, and producer, Max earned his first music scholarship at age twelve. In 2023, he performed with the original band members of We Will Rock You and later that year won the Philip Turner Cup in the under-13 Jazz and Contemporary category at the Cheltenham Music Festival.

Max’s passion for uplifting piano house music gained attention when his soulful track ‘Here For You’ was played at Fabric Nightclub in front of Alex Mills and Mark Knight, earning him a Toolroom Academy artist development scholarship. He has since collaborated with established artists and house vocalists, including Inaya Day, Jessica Hammond, Julie McKnight, and EV Palmer, creating infectious grooves for the dance floor. His tracks have already been played in iconic Ibiza nightclubs, with further releases planned for 2025 and 2026.

The label is spearheaded by the Trimtone duo, acclaimed globally for their productions and multi-deck DJ sets. They have performed at world-renowned venues including Space, Ministry of Sound, Pacha, Sankeys, Amnesia, and festivals such as WeRFSTVL and Mixmag Boat Parties. Trimtone have supported and headlined alongside icons like Pete Tong, Masters at Work, David Guetta, Carl Cox, Erick Morillo, Kerri Chandler, Sonny Fodera, and more. Their productions have been signed to top underground house labels, with remixes including A3’s ‘Feel the Light’, which reached the top 20 in official dance charts, alongside remixes for Madison Avenue, Dave Seaman, Bob Sinclar, and Ron Carroll. Their syndicated UK radio show reaches millions of listeners worldwide, helping drive the Love To Be brand forward by blending legacy with fresh talent.

Set for official release on 21st November, 2025, ‘Lost In The Music’ continues to reaffirm Max Winfield as one of the UK’s most exciting talents in house music, and marks his continued ascension in electronic music.
