After a steady stream of releases and standout sets across Europe and the US, Ollie’s reputation as a label head and artist is rapidly rising. With a monthly show on Bloop Radio, support from heavyweights like Black Coffee, Claptone and Manoo and over 2.6M views on his Burning Man set, his name is increasingly synonymous with quality and depth within the genre.
Now, in 2025, OVAVA Music is hitting its stride with its 9th release, “Cuentame” by Italian duo PRAMA and Argentinian vocalist Estefa Silvera, a deep, soulful cut following PRAMA’s recent No.1 on Beatport’s Afro House chart. Since launching OVAVA Music, Ollie has curated a catalogue of emotionally-driven tracks that draw from Afro, melodic and progressive house. “It’s been nearly a year since I launched my own label, OVAVA Music, a journey that began by releasing my own productions to lay the foundation for the sound and emotion I wanted to express. What started as a personal creative outlet has now evolved into a platform for emerging talent I truly believe in. It’s incredibly rewarding to offer new artists a space to thrive and grow alongside the label.
Watching OVAVA expand has been exciting, not just for me, but for the whole roster and the wider community we’re building. Relocating to Ibiza was a pivotal move; being surrounded by my team and immersed in the island’s natural inspiration has brought a new depth to everything I do. I don’t know exactly what the future holds, but the momentum is real, and so is the excitement. The energy is building, and it feels like just the beginning.”
Standout releases from artists like DJ Hydra, PRAMA and Ollie himself have earned the label editorial features in Mixmag and DJ Mag, with DJ Hydra’s debut EP ‘Moyo Wa Upendo’ hitting the Traxsource Afro House Top 10, and PRAMA recently landing the coveted Beatport No.1 on Afro House Chart. Up next on OVAVA Music is Fogel, with the forthcoming single “Breathing Sea” a true summer influenced track which has already captivated dancefloors early into the Ibiza clubbing season.
