From rocking packed clubs to sharing the stage with international superstars, he’s built a reputation as a crowd-favorite who keeps the party alive wherever he plays.
He opened for J Balvin, Blessd, Anuel, John Elle, Ryan Castro, Mike Bahía, Peppe Citarella, DJ 2025 Colombian Festival and more, performing at high level venues as Esco, Gold Coast social, Galería Chicago, Kashmir..
Chicago native Orville Kline is NOT just another DJ. Over the last decade you may have caught him doing tag team sets with Boys Noize or Felix Da Housecat, mixing down indie hip hop tracks with Snoop Dogg or throwing the #1 Dance party in Chicago “Porn and Chicken.” His wide-ranging career has also led him to perform on four different continents and release music on over a dozen different record labels.
In 2010, Orville met Dom Brown and started Chicago’s infamous Porn And Chicken Dance Party. After becoming one of the best (and most debaucherous) party destinations in the world, the party quickly hit the road to other cities like Vegas, Denver, NYC, Miami, Dallas, Honolulu & Tokyo. The party also spawned the Porn and Chicken DJ Group/live band which was booked at nation-wide festivals like Spring Awakening, North Coast and Summer Camp. Porn and Chicken’s music has been supported by a diverse range of acts spanning from The Chainsmokers to 12th Planet. Their 2016 Hit “Snap Chat that Booty Clap” featured vocals by juke legend DJ Gantman and had remixes by Designer Drugs, Gettoblaster, Smookie illson & Stellar.
In 2013 and 2014 Orville DJed with Kryoman at stops in his world tour in including Ultra Fest, Ultra Europe + additional dates in China, Japan and South America.
Orville has also performed numerous additional festivals including EDC Vegas, Electric Forest and at the Lions Festival of Creativity in Cannes, France.
In 2019 Orville played samples and keys in the legendary industrial supergroup Pigface in their US Tour with band-mates including Daney Carey (Tool), Randy Blithe (Lamb of God), and Martin Atkins (PiL, NIN, Ministry). Orville was a resident on Chicago’s WKQX 101.1FM’s Saturday night EDM Radio show The Electric Playground with legends like Green Velvet, Morgan Page and Mark Farina for three years.
Orville’s music can be heard under his solo name, as Porn And Chicken and his 2021 side project Adoptable on labels including Brooklyn Fire, Asteroid Records, Phunk Junk, Vudeux Records, Menage, Dirty Fabric Digital, Peak Hour Music, Calamity of Noise, Invisibles and his own So Ready To Bang Records. Years of studio experience engineering and producing music has also lead Orville to become one of Chicago’s top Ableton Certified Trainers.
